Handcrafted Brass Goddess Durga on Lion Sculpture (Ashtabhuja 12-Inch)

Heirloom Solid Brass Eight-Armed Sherawali Mata Idol with Roaring Lion Mount & Solar Halo

Awaken indomitable courage, spiritual power (Shakti), and supreme protection with the Simhavahini Tejas 12-Inch Brass Durga on Lion.

Painstakingly sculpted in heavy solid virgin brass using the ancient Madhuchista Vidhana (lost-wax casting) tradition, this iconic 12-inch murti depicts the supreme universal mother, Maa Durga (Sherawali), seated in royal Lalitasana atop her roaring celestial lion mount (Simhavahana).

Represented with eight divine arms (Ashtabhuja), each hand wields the celestial weapons gifted by the gods to vanquish negative energies: the Trishula (Trident of Shiva), the Sudarshana Chakra (Discus of Vishnu), the Khadga (Sword of Wisdom), the Gada (Mace of Strength), the Shankha (Conch of Creation), the Dhanush & Baan (Bow and Arrow of focused intent), and the tender Padma (Lotus of spiritual unfolding). Her foremost right hand is raised in Abhaya Mudra, imparting fearlessness, peace, and eternal guardianship over your sanctuary.

Behind her serene face and multi-tiered royal crown (Mukut) radiates a pierced solar halo (Prabhavali), while the roaring lion stands in powerful stride, adorned in an ornate floral saddle blanket (Jhool) with beaded pearl borders.
